Brief: Create an acquisition email for Sky Sports that taps into the cultural momentum of Transfer Deadline Day.

Concept: Treat the customer as Sky’s ultimate signing, adopting the language and intensity of deadline-day coverage to create a sense of urgency and excitement.

Execution: Using punchy, football-inspired language and visuals, the email brought the drama of the transfer window to life in a customer context – positioning Sky as the place to catch every game-changing moment.

Result: Achieved an above-average click-through rate and contributed to a successful uplift in subscription renewals as part of a wider campaign.

Concept: Harness the power of storytelling to stir pride, nostalgia, and anticipation.
Execution: Penned an emotive email weaving in iconic moments from the club’s European history, designed to connect with fans on a deeper level and reminisce over their favourite Spurs memory. 
Result: Drove strong open rates and played a key role in generating momentum across the wider campaign.
